Oxymoron Posted November 2, 2005 Posted November 2, 2005 Hi, If I get my car serviced at an independent garage, will they be able to reset the service indicator which counts down to when your service is due and includes the little spanner? Or is it possible to reset it myself? Cheerz. Quote
tronboy Posted November 2, 2005 Posted November 2, 2005 By all accounts it's very simple. Something to do with holding the key-switch. Quote
Hi, What's the key-switch?....I found some information for the Picasso, but don't know if the Blingo is the same?.... "with the ignition off press and hold down the reset button on the left hand side of your temp guage with the 0000's in it, whilst holding, turn on ignition (without starting) and wait until the timer counts down from 10 to 0 and the spanner symbol will go out". Cheerz. Quote
Terry1100 Posted November 3, 2005 Posted November 3, 2005 My independent (Citroen Approved) Harish's Auto Service can reset without problem. Incidentally, my C2 has just been recalled for front spring cup fitting (Harish's will do this as well). Is there any model of Citroen that hasn't been recalled for this ! Quote
