I do know the car was sitting still for 6 months before i brought it but it has just passed it Mot Many Thank Are you saying that your front suspension is not settling out to normal ride height, but staying up at full height as if it had been selected? If so then it would appear to be a problem with the front height corrector which may have become sticky during the lay-up. The first thing you need to do is buy a Haynes manual and read up about the suspension system. It will tell you where the height correctors are and how to service the system. In this case the world famous WD 40 may do the trick when applied to the offending part!!!!!!Cheers  Quote
