Guest cfryve Posted July 1, 2010 Posted July 1, 2010 Ever since I've had my 2003 2 litre HDi I've always had a problem starting it when warm. Cold and hot never a problem. I crank it over and over again with no success, eventually it will start and run perfectly, good job the battery is good. I've changed the fuel filter and housing but still no change.Lately I have discovered that if it dosen't start I let the key spring back so not turning the ignition off and immediately try again, it then catches straight away.Anyone got any ideas why this happens?
