Cooling Fan

Hi

 

Can anyone give me some advbice please? I've just bought a 2005 Citroen C5 Estate.

 

On three occasions now, when I have turned the engine off, the fan keeps running on.

 

Last night it stayed on for a good ten minutes before switching off. And it was really loud too.

 

I've checked the water and thats fine and the temperature gauge is normal.

 

Any ideas folks????

Youl need to get the car plugged in as it sounds like a sensor failure or a wiring issue. Also repost your question into the c5 section and youl probally get a better response.
