Can anyone tell me which OBD Reader to buy for doing my own diagnostics on a Citroen C3 2004 plate

Best of them all is the one the Cit dealers use - a Lexia. If you have around £120 to splash you can get a Chinese copy. Go on ebay and search for 'Lexia 3'
