Grumble Posted February 1, 2006 Posted February 1, 2006 Thnanks for trying the sounf file wozza..if you crank the volume up far enough i might be abale to hear you up here in Bonnie Scotland <_<) Quote
wozza Posted February 1, 2006 Posted February 1, 2006 I tried. not gonna work though :/ And its really bloody loud considering i have everything set to 0 the sub can be set to +15 on the headunit i got it to +9 before i decided my insides didnt wanna be moved anymore from the excessive bass being put out. That and my internal and external lights were dimming to the point they were nearly off when the low bass notes came in. Quite happy to have it not overly loud and just nice. But well when i wanna get noticed i know i can....from a few streets away lol. Quote
Ciaran2903 Posted June 14, 2006 Posted June 14, 2006 Not sure if you are still watching this subject, but you can access the car menu through the buttons for the radio on the VTR. Quote
C4VTS Posted July 11, 2006 Posted July 11, 2006 Tried my own Blaupunkt head unit in my C4, but I lose the reversing audio warning which others have also mentioned. It must be something in the multiplex wiring, as those connections are not used. I think I read on here, that a Citroen dealer maybe able to program the car to say radio not fitted, but not heard that it definitely restores the reverse warning. I may just put the original radio back and get a 9706AG aux lead fitted. Quote
wozza Posted July 12, 2006 Posted July 12, 2006 Just go into the aprts department and ask whats needed to put in an aftermarket system and keep the reverse sensors they probably have a part available since citroen themselves usually offer a few aftermarket systems for there cars. Quote

wozza Posted July 12, 2006 Posted July 12, 2006 So how would the best way to go about wiring the beeps into the aftermarket system be? Must be possible? Quote
