Hi Every One

 

Just bought my new Grand Picasso C4. Having owned two other Picasso's and had no problems but to the point, has any one dealt with Citroen Warrantys before as mine has been in the garage for over a month waiting for them to make a decission on what went wrong with the turbo before they will allow the garage to fit a new one.

 

It's so frustrating as I only had it for three days and not got used to it yet.Must add at this point that the garage has been most understanding and helpful but i'm wondering if I might have bought a pig in a poke, the cars a 2008 model Grand Exclusive.

If your car is fittd with a 1.6 HDI engine then they have a reputation for b*****ing their turbos. Citroen may tell you that the oil changes have been neglected or not done according to their instructions.
