I know what you mean! I had a clutch problem, which would shudder HORRIBLY, and they said that "they could not re-create the problem". Bollocks!! I have a large problem with the Crawley dealership, everytime i go in i feel like they dont think that i am worthy of a C4! :blink: :o :( The Tundbridge wells dealership on the other hand is BRILLIANT! Love going in their, and thats not just for the eye candy! ;) :D

Just finished installing the aux cable in my car. Got the stereo out easy, using cut coathanger (thanks guys), installed the wires (wrong code first :o ), but my dad used a pin to remove the wires, i could only get the 4/5ths the way out. Put them in the back of the stereo and tested it out.......work great! :D Then routed the cable through the steering wheel boss, and under front fasia by the chair and the ipod is on one of the cup holders under the handbrake. I am going to get citroen to drill a hole though the rectangular cubbie hole below the display because we dont have any suitable equipment. The only hard part was getting the stereo back in, but with a little wiggling and it eventually went back in! I now can use my ipod in the car that looks standard!! :D No nasty visible cables! :D Thanks everyone for your help! :D

Ok, i completly understand now, its not really a problem in my 1.4 petrol.

It makes sense, when you go into a dealership you have backup, therefore they have no advantage over you and cannot srew you around! Not that it looks like that is the case in Roadster's case!

Glad you had a nice holiday! :P But surely the guy's battery in the C4 would'nt go flat due to economy mode? :P On another note, how would you describe a flat spot? I have heard the expression many times, but never have been told what it means. Does it mean there is uneven acceleration?

As the post in the other topic, just thought that this may draw more attention!: I have encountered a problem I got the stereo out (thanks guys ) and was going about the wiring, i the red wire into the black box (excuse my technical ingnorance) and remembered that the instructions were wrong, i though "no worries, just take it out, get the right wiring instructions, redo.....done". I got the wire about halfway out, but from they on i cant get it out! PLEASE HELP!! can they come out? if so how? if not, what shoud i do? Im panicing!! help thanks

ok, cool. Plan 1: See if i can get the stereo out tonight (fingers crossed) if not, Plan 2: Go to Halfords and get some help :P

Do i need to disconnect the battery?

I want to install the MP3 cable, and the only thing that i need to know (at this stage :wacko: ) is how to remove the stereo. Any help would be greatly appreciated! :angry: Thanks

AGREED (on both counts!) But he wants citroen to do it. Which means that he is getting his way, therefore he is paying, but it still is VERY steep! but he did just CREAM my arse at poker BIG STYLE! :wacko: <_< so im VERY glad hes paying! :huh: or else my money saving would go down the shitter! :angry:
