Hi tried disconnecting the handbrake plug still leaves the dash lights on - I have now realised that the 3 brake lights are on all the time? will look at the footbake switch?

Hi i have checked the fluid which is to the max and the pads are all very good. The light comes on after about 1/2 mile from a cold start with the '3 bings' - the display says 'braking fault'. Looking in the book there are specific messages for brake pad wear and low fluid etc? thanks John

Hi my red brake warning symbol and the stop sign have appeared on the dash, along with 'brake failure' in the digital display. Has anyone else had this and what was the outcome. The pads are all good alround. thanks John

Hi thats exactly what it does. I bought a used control pannel thinking it was that - but still it doesn't work ! when i start the car, the fan may show as on speed 3 but no working fan, for a while you can alter the fan speed with the +/- button (but still no fan) then the fan speed segments disapear leaving the outline off the sign. Also you cannot turn off the control pannel by pressing the - button? ( which is why i suspected the control pannel). thanks John

Hi my heater control pannel (aircon) has stopped working. When i start the car the control pannel is light up, but it won't turn off (+ or - button) nor will the fan work, although sometimes afterstarting the car the fan speed symbols are visable but still no fan. When i press the aircon button it flashes on the goes off? The 40 amp fuse in the engine bay is ok.?

Hi The clutch pedal on my C5 estate Hdi bites right at the top, is it adjustable or do i need a new clutch? There's no obvious slipping or noises etc but the biting point is nearly level with the brake pedal. thanks

Hi i've just bought a C5 hdi estate and encountered my first problem. The n/s/r door has stopped unlocking with the keyfob so i 'm suspecting the central locking motor/solenoid - however i put the child locks on the day before and can't open the door from the inside either ! is there anything i can try or something obvious i have missed ? Everything else locks/unlocks fine. many thanks
