Bung in a 'kenlowe' type thermostat control unit from Stafford Vehicle Components for £24 + post job sorted

It;s a problem with the control unit - I have well documented issues with aircon & non-running fans + overheat alarms going off all the time & last weekend bit the bullet - discovered both aircon & cooling fans had failed --- fitted a couple of spares & have the same problem as you - bit the bullet, decided the aircon would not work again so fitted a 'kenlowe' type separate thermostat - problem (at least for the cooling sorted for £24)

Had/ve the same issue with 2000W Hdi - MOT man adjusted them at first mot & ever since they have been far too low - the only way I see to do it is to unscrew the adjusting posts down the side of the headlamp body that basically causes them to raise & lower with the electric lift motors to essentially 'reset' the bottom point
