Hi All, I had to fix a leak on one my driveshafts and drained the gearbox oil (obviously). Tomorrow is the day to refill it and as the gearbox is considered lubed for life, Citroen have buried the breather/filler underneath the battery. Does anyone have any tips regarding removing the battery, tray and/or just the job itself? The car is a 1.6 VTi 120 Exclusive with an EGS6 gearbox. Thanks, Jools

Hi All, I've bought a C3 Picasso Exclusive 1.6 with EGS 6 gearbox and I'm either having issues with it, or it with me and I'm not sure which is correct. The first is best described as a reluctance to change down when flooring it at low speeds. If it's rolling at 9+ mph toward a junction or roundabout and I put my foot down to pull out, it sits there meditating while slowly rolling onwards. After a second or two, it seems to wake up to the fact that the pedals on the floor at which which point it hits first, dumps the clutch and floors it leading to much consternation amidst the oncoming drivers. I can use manual but it too lags on occasion. The second is that something appears to be happening that leads people waiting to pull out or turn right across the front of us to believe that I've invited them to do it. Twice in the last week I've had someone smile and wave then turn across me only to panic brake when I carry on at the same speed. A look at the dashcam showed no headlight glare reflecting from their car so I'm wondering has anyone else had this happen? If so what caused it,? At the moment, I'm back in my old car as I'm seriously worrying the C3 may be trying to kill me. Are these things that a software update would cure? How much is a software update or is it free if it's curing problems. Thanks in advance, Jools
