paul.h Posted February 23, 2011 Posted February 23, 2011 Self locking is not on all the C3s, not on our 2003 1.4 sx petrol. If it is, can be done as noted above holding down the dash door lock button with the ignition on (engine can be running and car moving). Quote
Guest ukwide Posted February 23, 2011 Posted February 23, 2011 Hi, my wife's 55 plate C3 will only activate the auto locking function if the car is moving and you hold the button in for 6 seconds. Cheers Gary Quote
Guest C3 for me Posted February 25, 2011 Posted February 25, 2011 Hi Can anyone tell me how to activate the self locking when pulling away as my mates c2 locks when he pulls away I thought how come mine doesn't I have tried pressing and holding the button with ignition on and off Thanks Hi On my previous C3, and also on my current one, the self locking activates after you've started the car and you reach around 6 mph/10 kmph (you can hear it go clunk). It won't work if the doors are not closed properly. Not sure if you can turn this locking feature on/off via the multifunction screen? Hope this helps. Quote
