Where Are The Relays On A C3 1.4 Hdi?

Hello just woundering if someone can help me, i have a citroen c3 hdi "03" i have had the car just over a week and i bought it fairly cheap as it has a few faults which i for i could solve easily, the fault is the electric windows will not go up or down and there is no sound coming from the both motors when tried to operate iam told that this is a relay fault?? but on inspecting the fuse box there is no sign of any relays the fuse is fine and all ok, the other fault is the heating will not work, the lights are all on the pannel and i can see on the screen all the settings to have it on but when i touch the button to turn it up or down there is no air blowing out at all, but u can hear a little nose comeing from under the steering wheel when u press a button on the pannel, iam just wondering if these problems are both linked maybe? and would be happy if someone could give me some advice on what to check or change.

The window switches may just need a clean internally - I think there was a case on here recently where one switch did not work, the connectors where swapped over on the switches and this then worked the none working window. A clean of the switch sorted it.

 

There was a recent case of a faulty heater panel which I think was fixed by refitting its cable connector so maybe dirty contacts. The rear window heater also did not work until the fix. Another possibility is a faulty fan speed control - a common failure on many cars where the resistors burn out.
