How Do I Know Which Fuse Belongs To Headlights?

I have a C4 SX hdi on a 55 plate.

My Off Side headlight blew so after some difficulty was able to change the light.

I know the Near Side light worked but after successfully changing the light now both headlights are not working.

My friend who used to be a mechanic told me it is most likely to be a blown fuse and he saw this happen before.

The fuse book is in the Near Side but there are no plans to suggest which is the fuse for the lights. How am I able to find which fuse that belongs to the Off Side and Near Side headlights?

Thank you in advance.

The handbook suggests in the underbonnet fusebox, fuse 6, red 10 amp, is for the headlights but lists as auto. - xenon lamps - directional headlamps. So I am not sure. 10 amp will only give up to 120 watts so this may not be the right one. If none of the fuses are blown, have a look on C4owners.org since it may be a bit more complicated than just a blown fuse.

Thank you paul.h

Actually when I turned the engine it worked (I tried initially without starting the engine and this only started the first set of lights perhaps it has to do something of being on economy mode), so thus no need to mess about with the fuse box.
