Guest Kev Rymer Posted April 28, 2011 Posted April 28, 2011 Help!!!! I've recently purchased a citroen C5 2.2 diesel and at the time of purchase the dashboard was lit up like a christmas tree, I foolishly accepted the owners excuse in that they just hadn't been re-set after new brakes were fitted.I've taken the car to my local garage and they have supplied the following fault codes....C1350 - Electro valve internal83A3 - Injector83C6 - diesel tank filler tankC1135 - Steering wheel angle sensor I've ordered the vehicle manual but in the meantime is anyone able to offer some words of wisdom and help me put christmas back until December???????? fingers and toes crossed - Kev Quote
Guest mechcanico lee Posted May 2, 2011 Posted May 2, 2011 what code tester you using ?are all these codes logged in engine ecm you could do with getting it tested with a generic tester and get the P code descriptions ,them codes you have given are manufacture specific and hard to get the full description of the fault . paul.h Posted May 3, 2011 Posted May 3, 2011 The first 3 could all be related to the eoylis fluid injection for the exhaust particulate filter and the last for the angle (sensor) of the steering wheel used in the ECP system which helps prevent skidding which I think may be located on the steering column. How many miles has the car done ? Quote
Guest Kev Rymer Posted May 4, 2011 Posted May 4, 2011 Thanks for replys Codes came direct from the local garage so not sure which tester was used! As for miles its just done 70000 miles1 Cheers Kev Quote
