paul.h Posted May 24, 2011 Posted May 24, 2011 When not in auto (use econ button if there is one), can the fan speed be reduced, if yes then your diagnosis may not be correct.Your Citroen dealer will supply the correct parts if you use the car vin which can be seen at the lower left side of the windscreen from the outside. If you get them to print the parts diagram this ought to show how/where it is fitted. It may be worth disconnecting/reconnecting the battery which may reset a fault - follow the procedure in the car handbook to avoid other electrical problems (it will be something like remove the ignition key, open the bonnet, wait a few minutes for everything to shutdown, disconnect the battery, wait a bit, reconnect it, wait a bit, put the key in the ignition, wait a bit, turn the ignition to position 1, wait a bit, to position that lights up the dash but not start the engine, wait a bit, start the engine, run windows down and up and reset the clock).
