Just that....on a 02 2.0 HDI, preferably in the central area but willing to travel, I did a search but most/all seem to be way down south from me, I just feel that the 2.0 that's in it, isnt enough for the size of it (it's an est), that engine's ok in a 306 but a but gutless in this, any pointers/help is appreciated.

Edit....phone AVA (at the airport)...£350 and takes a morning, is that a good price

In the mark 1 C5 there are two 2.0 hdi engines, one at 90 hp and one 110 hp (from the car VIN, the 90 hp has RHY and the 110 hp has RHZ in the numbers) with 0-62 mph times of 13.5 and 11.6 seconds in the estate according to an old brochure. The 2.2 hdi 0-62 mph is 10.6 seconds. Most are 110 hp but I can not remember any previous posts that comment on poor performance except when there has been a problem. Before spending £350 which must be a large proportion of the car's value, I would check if it is a 90 hp or there is something wrong.

I've got the 2.0 110hp....yes I'm going to get it servided properly first, and maybe remove the cat and dpf first before the rempap...it's very sluggish

Might the egr then that's causing it, or it's because the 2.0 110 engine's not enough for the size of it, I was told to stay away from mapping because of the dual mass flywheel
