Rodtrotter Posted May 2, 2012 Posted May 2, 2012 hi i have had 3 citroen hdi pics over the past few years and had very little truble with them so i thought i woulddown size to a citroen c3 hdi dont need the big car anymore.well i looked around for a few mounths for a good one found one the other day at a dealers in south shieldstook it for a small test run all seemed ok it got its mot yesterday with no problems picked the car up and on the way homewhen i got to the a19 at around 50mph plus when i hit the gas the steering wheel pulls right and the car pulls left as if you where hit by side wind and when i take my foot off the gas the steeing wheel pulls left and the car pulls right this only happens when under acclerationnot when braking and not when costingtire pressure are all ok it looks like the left corner has had some work done on itlike wishbone ball joints both sides have had new disks took it back to the dealers left it with themwhat could be causing this to happen so they dont bullsh@t when i pick up the car thanks for any help Quote
paul.h Posted May 2, 2012 Posted May 2, 2012 Could be the tracking is out from the work that has been done. I once replaced a steering rack on a Saab and until the tracking was set up at a garage the car pulled all over the place. Quote
