VicMitch Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 Hey guys I've just bought a C4 VTR 2006The computer is telling me that the sidelight bulbs are faulty but I cant see no sidelights at all, is there any? Quote
paul.h Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 Welcome to the forum. The sidelights are the cloudy strips at the top of the headlight glass. The handbook should say how to replace the bulbs but it looks as if at the back of the light there is a white bulb holder above the main beam bulb cover. It might twist or pull out and looks as if the bulb is a 5w capless type. Quote
VicMitch Posted June 14, 2013 Author Posted June 14, 2013 Thanks for the reply, I'll check in the morning, It did not come with a manual  Quote
paul.h Posted June 14, 2013 Posted June 14, 2013 You can see and print pages (right mouse click is easiest way) from the manual on the service.citroen website, documentation de bord, select language, then your car. It may not go back as far as 2006 but should still be good enough. If you want to see parts diagrams, register as another professional, member of this site. You can also purchase procedures but it is less costly to buy the Citroen manuals on dvd from such as ebay. If you are ok with French, there is a workshop manual similar to Haynes, Review Technique Automobile available from Amazon but it only covers 1.6 petrol and 1.6 diesel and another for 1.4 petrol.
