My First Citroen.. Please Be Gentle!

Hi Guys

 

Just wanted to say "Hello" really!

 

I've just bought myself a 2001 Citroen C5 - it's not the fastest or most economical car I've ever driven, being a 1.7 Litre Petrol Automatic, but it certainly seems to be comfortable, and I needed a car to run around in while I look for a "proper" car (it may even end up being another Citroen.) as our main family car was written off a couple of weeks back and now the insurance have taken the hire car away.

 

The only problem I've come across with it so far (in 3 hours of ownership!) is that the front electric windows wouldn't close - or rather they close, then open about a third of the way and do this each time I try to close them. I eventually managed to close them by lifting the switch until the window was just about closed and then briefly pushing the switch to the open position, which seems to have worked for now! I've noticed a thread on here about resetting the electric windows so I'll try that at the weekend and see if it works!
