FM1 Posted April 5, 2014 Posted April 5, 2014 Hi All. Just bought a new C4 e-hdi 115 6 speed manual selection. A spare wheel was not an option for this particular trim level and I am trying to find the part number(s) for a space saver spare kit so that I can purchase them separately. Tried a couple of dealers, but they don't seem too interested in trying to help. Can anyone here help with this? The Selection has the same 17" wheels as the exclusive model which can be bought with a space saver. Any help would be appreciated. Quote
paul.h Posted April 6, 2014 Posted April 6, 2014 This lack of a spare wheel is annoying, we had to buy one and the jack, wheel brace, wheel nut cover removal tool and plastic tray for our 2011 C4 - about £200 total from the dealer parts dept. It is the parts dept you will need and I would be surprised if they do not help since it is the loss of a sale but the service dept would fit the tyre to the wheel. To get the right parts for your car using your VIN, you need to register on the service.citroen site as an other professional, member of the Cirtoen Owners Club and you can see the parts diagrams as a free service. The wheels/tyres will be under the Mechanical sections and it will give you the options available. If you use without the filter (in left column), it will show the options over all the models. The sales brochure will also likely list all the wheel/tyre options for the various trim levels. http://service.citroen.com/do/logout from here, select the language and the inscription/ register button. FM1 Posted April 8, 2014 Author Posted April 8, 2014 Thanks for the advice. Managed to register and log in. Looks like a really useful website to help identify the part numbers I need. Quote
