Mal-F Posted June 20, 2014 Posted June 20, 2014 Hi I have an Xsara Picasso 1.8 SX (Y reg) 2001 Petroland am looking for a Diagnostic tool, there are so many around on the market and they all have various Compatibility features that I am confused as to which one to get!! can anyone recommend one please? (not a lot of money to spend) Quote
paul.h Posted June 20, 2014 Posted June 20, 2014 Low cost ones are usually just a fault code reader that will read and delete codes that cause the engine management light to come on for around £20 to £30. If you pay a bit more you will get one that will also read some live data such this one from Gendan http://www.gendan.co.uk/product_GCR25.html for £60. We have one of these and it works ok. If you want to do any more on a Citroen then you will need to consider a Lexia copy to put on a lap top for around £100 from ebay or such as easy diagnostics http://www.easydiagnostics.co.uk/#/shop/4584778814/citroen-peugeot-lexia-3-evolution-interface/8000814 Quote
