dipaul Posted August 21, 2014 Posted August 21, 2014 I have a 2004 Picasso 1.6 petrol, there is a noise like the power steering fluid needs topping up but it doesn't. sounds worse when stationary and move the steering wheel, any ideas? Quote
paul.h Posted August 25, 2014 Posted August 25, 2014 You could try turning the steering from lock to lock a few times to bleed any air out. It helps to park the front wheels on a few magazines to save scrubbing the tyres. If this does not help then whilst the steering is being turned, have a listen for any bearings/pulleys that may need replacing on the aux and timing belts and also the suspension top mount bearings.
