Hi

I have a 2008 newer shape C5 2.0 HDI tourer and need to top up the power steering fluid. It's a VTR with sprung suspension, do I use CHF or something else ?

thanks

According to the RTA manual for the C5 (X7) you need to use Total Fluide DA. This may well be the same as LDS fluid but you should get it from a Citroen dealer to make sure you get the right fluid. Do not use anything else since this could damage any seals and the C5 (X7) is known for leaking steering racks - see the Common Problems pinned topic. If the level has gone down then you should have a look for leaks.
