Hi,

I've been plagued by a wind whistling noise now for a few weeks on my 2012 C5 Tourer. I have traced it to the side trim on the windscreen. Looks like it may have been lifted slightly (I suspect during an automatic car wash session). I quick bang with my fist and the wind whistle is no more!

It came back! Basically the trim lifted again. Dropped it into my local dealer and he said it was a common issue. Gave me some new clips (49cent) and fitted them for free. So far so good and the whistle has not returned.

Hi, mind take some photos of the clip you mentioned? Thanks

Welcome to the forum.

In the parts diagrams the only clips shown at the side of the windscreen are part no. 812398 and there are 5 at each side. This ebay listing includes a picture but I do not know how the price compares with genuine ones from a Citroen dealer http://www.ebay.ie/itm/CITROEN-C5-2008-ON-WINDSCREEN-MOULDING-SIDES-CLIP-KIT-PACK-OF-10-OEM-812398-/111873671158?hash=item1a0c30bff6:g:dQUAAOSw5dNWljzD
