Car Locks When Pulling Off

Hi,

 

We have recently started having this 'problem/feature' depending on your perspective.

 

whenever the car pulls away, the central locking on our 03 picasso locks all the doors if they are not locked.

 

We haven't done anything to activate this, it just started midway on a journey from England to Scotland.

 

Any ideas what caused it or how it got activated

My C5 is the same. Pull away and the doors lock. There's a switch on the dash which will over-ride it. Also you can alter it in the preferences.

.....by pressing the button for about ten seconds it either turns the function on or off.

think you have to have ignition on first click then do as kfk said

Thanks for your help. Not sure how it happened in the first place, but at least i know how to change this

Just wondering why you would want to change it! I think it's an excellent security feature.
