Hi all,

I have had loads of problems with my 2005 C5 2.0 hdi but have kept it because I really like it. I only use it to drive from home to work and five days later drive back. About 450mile round trip each week. Every was fine for a month or two but this weekend it's gone crazy. While driving at 70mph a fault with the abs came on, then the direction lights warning, then power steering, then filters warning, cruise control, plus more warning signs. The engine warning light was on, the stop and service light was on the rev and speedo were reading 0 how ever the car was running fine. When I got home and turned the car off and told the key out the car was still running. Anyone got any ideas what's wrong???

A low battery voltage can give all sorts of odd electrical problems so is the first thing to check. In the C5 Technical section there is a Common Problems pinned topic with a procedure for disconnecting/reconnecting the battery. In that section there is also one for a BSI reset.
