Help! Comms Unit Part Number?!

Hi, Having trouble with lights Turning on/off when indicating and air bag fault light is on.

Please please can someone tell me the part number for the comms unit I need

It's a Citroen xsara Picasso

VIN number is

VF7CH6FZB39786291

The air bag fault may be related to the comms unit but just in case it is not you may need to read the air bag fault code but this may be needed anyway to delete the code/turn off the air bag light.

 

Using your VIN in the parts diagrams it comes back as a 1.8 petrol 2004 year. The comms unit under the steering wheel against this VIN is Citroen part no. 6239AV and replacement part no. 6242C3.

New examples from ebay but you may be able to find one from a breakers for a lot less

The comms unit can be found under Electric Unit then under several sections under Controls under the steering wheel.
