I just got a 2004 Citroen C3 1.4 petrol and It feels like the drivers side wheel is buckled. I thought it was a warped disc so I replaced the discs and swapped the wheel but it was still the same I then replaced the hub and bearing and its still not fixed. I also replaced the outer track rod end as the ball joint was knackered. Could it be the driveshaft even if there is no noise from it??

Any advice\help greatly appreciated.

When driving from 5mph up you can feel a constant judder as if the wheel is buckled when I jack it up on the driver side  start the engine and put it in first gear you can see the wheel moving from side to side. I've replaced the wheels and the discs still the same. I've just had a look at the driveshaft and it looks like it is spinning ok but the outer cv joint looks like it's buckled when spinning. I tried the same with the passenger side and the outer cv joint looks like it is spinning straight if you know what i mean.

It does seem as if it has to be the cv joint since you have replaced everything else. A test on the joint used to be to put the car on full lock and go forward and backward to see if it knocked. You could also pull the gaiter off and look at the joint. Eurocarparts list an outer cv joint for about £50.
