Citroen Ds Super Steering Rack Leak

Hi

Losing oil from rack dust cover. Anyone have experience of overhauling these racks? Just wondering if an attempted repair is a waste of time and money?

New/reconditioned rack prohibitively expensive.

Have a look at this topic for details of a place in Wakefield that will recondition your rack and fit it for around £300.
