Rookie2 Posted January 5, 2017 Posted January 5, 2017 Wife has just come home and told me when she turns right in the C8, she hears a "Peep Peep". No warning lights, nothing on the dash info just a "Peep Peep" once. Anyone got any quick ideas what it could be ? She states the car makes no sound turning left, could it just be a fluid level maybe ? Quote
paul.h Posted January 5, 2017 Posted January 5, 2017 Maybe you could check if all the indicator bulbs are working. Our first C3 (2003) would give a beeping noise if there was a fault such as a low battery on starting. It did not give any messages to say what the fault was but there was a list in the handbook to work through. Quote
Rookie2 Posted January 5, 2017 Author Posted January 5, 2017 Hi Paul, I've just questioned her indoors and she swears she knows the indicators are working and the sound, she reckons, has nothing to do with normal operation. I wont be able to get outside to have a look until Saturday but just thought I would ask the question in case someone had the answer up their sleeves. Lol. I was beginning to wonder if it was the tyre pressure monitors starting to notice a differential pressure when turning right, but her indoors is certain there is nothing coming up on info screen. cheers Quote
