2003 C8 Alarm Switch

will the alarm switch on side of dash turn of my alarm plz i have bsi probs and can live with the odd light on dash or warning but the alarm is driving me and my neighbors nuts if not can anyone tell me where siren is and ill cut it out

I have aC8 but couldn't tell you where the alarm is actually located as I have never looked. I do know they are nnot located in an easuly accessible place. Not too long ago I had to stop the alarm on a VW Passat diesel 2004, the alarm on that was under the windscreen wiper scuttle panel

3. Location

3.1. Location of the alarm unit

The antitheft alarm unit is fixed inside the vehicle cabin, behind the glovebox, on the engine bulkhead.

3.2. Location of the siren

The alarm siren is fixed in the front RH wheelarch.
