Bertiebigbollocks Posted April 11, 2017 Posted April 11, 2017 Hello allAfter owning three renaults I vowed never to purchase another French car due to my opinion of the renaults being made with really cheap nasty parts. As I'm not very strong willed last week I fell for my latest machine which is a 2012 C3 Picasso code 1.6 hdi. It's has covered only 32,000 miles and is in immaculate condition plus the cherry on top was that it was purchased for a bargain price of £3350 with 12 months mot. Yes the price suggests there is something wrong with it but there isn't. It is a previous cat c which has been repaired to an excellent standard and I was furnished with all necessary evidence to suggest the repair had been thoroughly completed. I don't intend to sell for a few years yet so the cat c is not an issue for me especially at the price paidThe only issues it has come with is it was only supplied with the one key so am looking to get that's sorted and also it doesn't have a spare wheel just the usual kit in the boot to attempt a repair. Obviously I won't be using that and am seeking a new spare wheelAnyway looking to read up on on all the stuff on here and look forward to a happier motoring experience than my Renault friends Quote
paul.h Posted April 16, 2017 Posted April 16, 2017 Welcome to the forum. If you need a second key try your Citroen dealer. You will need the key code card that comes with the handbook, it is bank card size with a scratch bit on it that hides the key code. You might want to redo the photos with your reg plate covered.
