col_hf Posted April 23, 2017 Posted April 23, 2017 A couple of weeks ago I had a minor rear end shunt no damage to mine apart from a few scatches on the plastic chrome strip on bumper, but I notice now the nearside rear is lower than the offside, upon start up the "raise" kicks in and all looks fine !!!!!!!!! paul.h Posted April 23, 2017 Posted April 23, 2017 Since the pneumatic spring sets the height, then maybe the one at the near side rear has a leak, possibly it was damaged in the bump. Squirting soapy water over it may show where it is leaking (if at all) by giving bubbles at the leak point when the air pump is running. Quote
col_hf Posted May 11, 2017 Author Posted May 11, 2017 Well i did look the other day couldnt see anything wrong, but yesterday I was sitting in the garden next to my car and allthough I hadnt been out in it for 2 days for no reason whatsoever the pump kicked in and raised the back up about 3"!!! no keys in ignition or or unlocked ????
