Welcome to the forum.

In the car Warranty and Mainenance book with the service stamps it will give the frequency of the timing belt change. Depending on which engine it has (2.2 hdi or 2.4 petrol), it could be over 100k miles or 10 years if sooner. In the book with our 2010 C3 which covers all Citroen cars, for the 2.2 hdi it gives 140k miles or 10 years for normal use or 112500 miles or 10 years for arduous use. It does not list the 2.4 petrol, possibly it has a timing chain but for other petrols it gives 95k / 70k miles normal / arduous or 10 years but for the 2.0 petrol it gives 87500 / 70k miles or 10 years. These intervals are for Citroen parts so if any installed are aftermarket ones the interval could be different.

When you change it though is up to you and how much you are concerned about it. If you are planning on keeping the car for many years, then at some point it will need doing and if done sooner rather than later you will benefit from knowing it should be ok whilst you have the car. If there are any signs of oil leaks in the area then there is a chance the belt could be contaminated, or if there are any noises from the area it may need changing. As well as the belt, the tensioner, any pulleys and the water pump should also be changed.
