Heater Control Lights Not Working

Advice please .. I noticed driving home only 1 side of my heater controls were lit up .. how easy to fix please..

Possibly a lamp in the back of the control panel needs replacing. I am not sure, but the radio may first need removing to get to the back of the panel and then maybe a couple of screws removing so the panel can be moved. Removing the radio should be by using the U shaped wire tools, or a couple of screwdrivers, pushed into the holes at the 2 sides of the radio and then pulling it out.
