I have met once before with this malfunction.

1) The fuel is full but it seems to be finished,
2) The range of motion of the vehicle (estimated 50-70 km / h), but the speedometer appears to be zero,
3) In economical mode, but the snow-sport light is flashing at the same time (normally this gearbox is faulty but nothing like that),
4) Warm 3 is on the line but only one line appears,
5) The handbrake is not towed, the handbrake looks towed,
6) There is no ABS fault but the light is on,
7) The total / daily mileage counter looks normal but ---- (line)
8) The lighting level of the screen panel is brighter, but a bit lower in this way,
9) If the engine is stopped and the key comes out, the bilevel display continues in the same way.

ALSO;
1) there is no problem in running the car, stopping the gears and running the radar and radio screen. He works very well.
2) I did not give an audible warning when I was going to this fault during normal operation (I was on the move), the car did not shake. I did not feel it.
3) There was excessive rain yesterday.

Remove the battery connection cable and wait for 10 seconds and reconnect.

I have encountered this fault once before. About 1-3 years ago (I do not remember it in time, I do not know if it was rain anymore)

My question;
1) What is your situation / problem?
2) Can it be related to water?
3) Where is the car's brain located on this vehicle (2003 c3)? Could it be moistened with water, spraying water from the spraying water to the spraying water after the spraying of the water (I do not know how to describe it)?

You can see fault..

Welcome to the forum.

I suspect you have translated your post so it is a bit confusing. Did all the dash lights come on/not work at the same time or have they happened over some time ?

First, what car is it (C3), year (2003), engine, manual or auto gearbox, how many miles/km has it done ? Is the car working normally apart from the lights on the dash ?

It might be there is a problem with the instrument panel such as a bad connection.

When disconnectiong the battery do not do it too soon after removing the ignition key and closing the doors since the bsi needs time to shut down. This is from the C3 Common Problems pinned topic:

20. Odd electrical problems caused by wrong battery disconnection procedure.

If you need to disconnect the battery and not do a BSI reset procedure, I have found the following has not given me any problems on a 2004 and 2007 C5 and a 2003 C3:

- remove the ignition key from the car

- open the bonnet

- wait a few minutes for the BSI to shut down

- disconnect the battery negative terminal

When reconnecting

- ignition key out of the car

- reconnect the battery

- wait a few minutes

- insert the key in the ignition and wait a minute

- turn the key to the first position and wait a minute

- turn the key so the dash lights come on and wait a minute

- start the engine

- take the windows down and up to reset the anti pinch

- reset the clock (and radio on the C3).

Thanks Paul.

You are right. My English is not well. So, i used Google Translater :rolleyes:. But i fixed later..

The car is;

- Citroen C3

- 2003 1.4i SX

- Auto gearbox

- it has done 195000 km

Yes, the car working normally apart from the lights on the dash. No problem for working.

Thank you for your advice.
