You can look on the MOT site to see if the car details are correct and also at the Citroen parts diagrams using the vehicle VIN to see if this also matches the car. Do the number plates look new and do they have the post code on with the supplying dealer - just thinking the car may be a cloned one. On the service.citroen site you need to register as an other professional non emergency services and as a member of the Citroen Owners Club. Once on the site put the car VIN (VIS) top left to find your car. Then look at the left column under Characteristics for info on your car.
