chriseui Posted June 29, 2017 Posted June 29, 2017 Hi, I've just changed all four discs and pad sets on my Relay 35 2015, the old ones were shot to pieces after 73K miles. But try as I might I cannot find the torque setting for the bolts, both front and rear. I signed up to the Citroen service site as promoted in other post here on this site. But as soon as I try to get to the torque setting I'm told that is a subscription service. Surely this information is safety info why do we have to pay for it? Thanks Chris Quote
paul.h Posted June 30, 2017 Posted June 30, 2017 The info I have is from 2012 so may not be right for a 2015 vehicle. Front brakes:It gives the caliper yoke bolts as 210 Nm and they look as if they use a hex bit. The caliper bolts are given as 34 Nm. The disc bolts as 12 Nm. Rear brakes:Caliper yoke bolts 160 Nm. Caliper bolts 30 Nm. Disc bolts 12 Nm. Handbrake shoes support 200 Nm. Quote
