brummie3LV6xantia Posted July 28, 2007 Posted July 28, 2007 now my cars running better i'm looking around at stuff that might be out of place, one thing is it has now under tray under the engine bay i'm sure there should be one on these right? Quote
DickieG Posted July 29, 2007 Posted July 29, 2007 AFAIK there is no undertray on a V6, or in fact any petrol model, there isn't one on my V6, Activa or any other V6's I've seen. Quote
Guest rowls Posted August 2, 2007 Posted August 2, 2007 Easiest way to check is give your chassis number to a parts dept at a citroen dealer and the parts system they use will tell you if the vehicle should have an undertray fitted. Quote
Johndouglas Posted August 3, 2007 Posted August 3, 2007 My previous 2.1 Xantia had an undertray. It should be easy enough to see if the undertray is missing. There'll be three captive nuts along the front chasis rail. Also the lower edges of the inner wing liners will have captive nuts set into the bottom edge. I found without the tray in place, the wing liners tended to flap about at speed. Quote
