wakeyblue Posted September 30, 2008 Posted September 30, 2008 :rolleyes: ive had trouble with my car saturday the immobolizer fault appeared and the rac came out took me to a gaRAGE TO FIND A FUSE FOR ECG HAD BLOWN as i drove away from layby, the last thing i rememebr waas turning the radio on then i lost all power since saturday i have not used the radio un till tonight tuesday then iturned it on when i stopped i couldnt turn the engine off even with key out i found the only way to stop the car was to touch the brake i thought it may have been a dodgey bulb but its not and im stuck i got home and had to stop the car via the brake then disconnect the battery otherwise the lcd screen and traffic master comes on also i cannot use my key to lockthe car from the fob unless i press the brake please help has anyopne else suffored this john Quote

Dont know if its the same with c5 but try removeing the brake lights and try the car. c5 uses a double offset bulb and not the normal offset bulb. If this dosnt work then its a diagnostic thats needed Quote
