CITROEN-NUTS Posted October 7, 2008 Posted October 7, 2008 I seem to have a leak on the front pass side caliper and as such will need to look at replacing it. Can anyone suggest a good cheap place for a replacement as EuroCar Parts don't seem to list it and last time I used GSF they sent me the wrong parts Oh can I also ask what the bleed sequence is for the C5 ThanksJay Quote
Stasi Posted October 7, 2008 Posted October 7, 2008 Exchange rebuilt calipers http://www.brakepartssuperstore.org.uk/con...n-uk/d5395.html hope this helps; alternatively have a look in specialist car mags for brake rebuild specialists, Practical Classics perhaps..... Could also be worth asking small local garages or motor factors, they are not normally too cagey about telling where to get things done, they may be able to put you onto a local engineering firm who could help. Even a ring round Yellow Pages under Motor Engineering could prove fruitful. coastline taxis Posted October 7, 2008 Posted October 7, 2008 Hi if your just changing the one caliper just clamp the flexi pipe that goes to the caliper your changing then youl only have to open the bleed nipple and pump the pedal a couple of times. If its a new caliper then dont move the handbrake lever or youl shag it and make sure you put new pads in get ur footbrake working and then do your handbrake. Quote
