Can be tricky, some parts are easier than others. e.g. most heater units are made by visteon. I may be able to help you if you let me know what in particular you are looking to find out..

the intank pump there nearly 300 quid as you have to buy the lot when its only the motor thats gone they say its a sealed unit but its not weve opened a few up so replacing just the motor would be a cheaper option. also the stepper motor on the speedo as agin they make you buy the whole dash for 200ish when the fault is a 5 to 10 quid motor. If theese part are made seperatley for citroen then the manufactures of the parts might sell them seperate

I had a similar issue with a BMW the pump was used on the Mercedes Bosch, the in tank pump can be used from another car but it needs to have the right feed pressures for fuel delivery and its also possible to fit a high performance pump in its place ( outside the tank ) that way you leave the sender in the tank and rewire the new pump using the wires from the in tank pump if you get my drift

Will see what I can find out, but don't get too hopeful. When the car manufacturers design and order their parts, the supplier will either manufacture the matching quantity of components, or source some of them from pre agreed 3rd tier suppliers to complete the unit they are supplying. All suppliers have to be approved by the car manufacturer to ensure all components have PSW (parts supplier warranty). So even if we can find out who makes the intake unit, there is a good chance they sourced the motor from a 3rd tier.

Will see what I can do.
