chrisa77 Posted April 23, 2009 Posted April 23, 2009 I have an 04 1.4HDI 16V SX with auto air con. When set to LO the passenger side vents are very cold but drivers side are only cool. Outside air temp is about 19C or 20C. I have looked at the vent flap mechanism and it looks to be working correctly. I had assumed that they were from the same source, but I guess not. I'm refering to the dashboard level vents, not windscreen or footwell. I've got a Haynes manual but it's next to useless, no diagrams or photos.Any ideas ? Quote
paul.h Posted April 27, 2009 Posted April 27, 2009 If you have separate temperature controls for each side of the car then maybe the flaps/motors for the warmer side are not working properly. Quote
smokescreen Posted April 27, 2009 Posted April 27, 2009 My previous C3 55 reg SX didn't have separate temp control for both sides. In answer to your question, I would guess that something has become detached or broken in the heater/air con boxarea. I suspect one of the experts will come along later and give you clue - best of luck. Regardssmokescreen Quote

Only on the C4 and upwards Quote
