Guest rp88 Posted June 26, 2010 Posted June 26, 2010 He's had it all out and he said it's definately not there. I've read on another website that someone else said they dont have one too, but if you look on google shopping websites have the filters for sale. Quote
Johndouglas Posted June 26, 2010 Posted June 26, 2010 I've read on another website that someone else said they dont have one, but if you look on google shopping websites have the filters for sale. And they're right. The 2ltr petrol engines don't have one. Maybe what you've Googled is for 2ltr diesel engines. They have a big one just infront of the engine. Quote
coastline taxis Posted June 28, 2010 Posted June 28, 2010 If you remove the sender unit from the tank. Youl see that the sender unit splits in 2 once split youl see a gauze filter ( 3 inches by 4) it just pushes onto the bottom of the pick up pipe either clean it or replace it. Is he having problems with the car or is it just preventive maintenance hes doing Quote

Might be worth a look? http://www.aussiefrogs.com/forum/showthread.php?t=79406 CheersChris Quote

I have a C5 2.0i 2002 in Sri Lanka and it does have an inline fuel filter... or at least service.citroen.com tells me so - see http://sifaan.almostunreal.org/fuelfilter.png Most probably for you guys in UK the diagram will be the same but the part number for the fuel filter will not be listed... (assuming that the part is included only for harsh environments) Quote
