Engine management light is on more often than off. Been back to the dealers once for diagnostic hook up and although fault showing on dash, no fault found on computer readout. Was told by service receptionist that No Fault Found, a so called "Phantom Fault", let it develop!!! Hopefully my only solace is that the vehicle is supposedly covered by a 12 months manufacturer's used vehicle warranty so if it does go bang it will be repaired f.o.c. Does not instill a lot of confidence when buying a vehicle though, does it???? Quote
Guest womble Posted November 25, 2010 Posted November 25, 2010 Further to writing all this stuff, has anyone any ideas or can they reccommend a suitable code reader for Berlingo Multispace 2.0 HDI on a '54 plate. Don't want to pay out megabucks but would like to know what is going on enginewise.... Quote
paul.h Posted November 30, 2010 Posted November 30, 2010 Gendan do a reasonably priced range of code readers. Start about £40. Quote
