Reset Motor Alarm

Is it possible to reset the motor-indicator in the dashboard - like you can do with the service-warning - with some sort of combination (Without having to go to a garage to have it done)?

I own a C2 1,4 vtr....

If you mean the engine management light (engine symbol), this can be done with a code reader which these days are quite cheap. However, once the fault code has been read and then cleared, if the fault is still there the warning light will come back until repaired.
