Hi.

I am new to this forum but rading it for a long time.

For my problem I could not find the answer.

C/C was working with no problems on my 1.6hdi lx 2005 on 05 plates with 53000miles.

so far i had no problems at all but now the buttons for c/c, air distribution/direction, temp setting, AUTO button,

fan speed button and rear screen heater button are not working.

Fan blows at speed that was on before i turned the car off and it blows to windscreen direction with temp set to 22*C.

As I turned the car on temp is still on 22*C but blows cold and air direction is still to windscreen.

When i tried to change air direction, temp adjustment button, AUTO button, air flow in/out cabin, fan speed button,

rear screen heater button there was no responce.

Also when i turned car off on arrival to destination, little yellow light on windscreen button remained on.

All fuses are OK.

Has anyone had this kind of problem?

Thanx for your time and help.

Sounds like the climate control panel itself is faulty. I say this because the rear screen heater button isn't working.

It might be something simple like a loose connection on the back of the unit. It may respond to a BSI reset (carefully followed procedure for battery disconnection).

Thank 4 the advice guys.

Few days later all came back as it was.

Probably standard Citroen electrics were playing.
