Welcome to the forum. Possibilities can include a bad earth for the dash and a fault with the dash. You could also check the bulbs on the dash are ok. If you go for a replacement dash be aware that the car will adopt the mileage of the dash or the ecu, whichever is highest, so if a replacement has more miles on it than your car, then the car will adopt the higher miles, even if you put your old dash back.
