This may sound daft , but have you tried taking it off again as it will only go on one way? they are quite expensive to buy(about £15 each) as i was going to change mine. Has anyone seen the ones on the C6 with 18" on? the center caps are the same as ours(VTS) but the "blades" ar totally chromed! ........and the alloys on the range topping C4 Picasso are 18" too and look very nice

Ive never had problems with michelin tyres, and had them on loads of cars(maily citroens) ive had cheaper brands on after market alloys(fulda and yokohama) they never wore as well as the michelins

thats where mine is, but ive put an extra 12volt socket in the little tray (bottom right under dash), so its powere from there and i feed the cable between the door and dash (blue tacked) so its neater.

Dont they advertise price match. i know they some times try to charge money to take you old tyres away!!! do you have a costco near you, as they sell michelin and do good offers sometimes

Yep i was quoted that for my VTS for it 12500 mile service at the dealer i got the car from, i phone another out of town and was quoted £40 less for same job, and the was the same when i had the towbar fitted too

i would of thought if its on the edge or near then itll be a new one :P dont know how many punctures you can have repaired on a tyre :P

The only thing i use the flash cleaning set for is rinsing off and then using the de ionising filter to help dry it off, and it does make a difference too. i dont use the shampoo with though.

I would think its down to a few things, tyre pressures, driving style and being a diesel engine. Yes rears do last almost forever
